Job summary

McLaren Group is seeking a Site SQD Engineer for Composites & Fixings in the Woking area to join Supplier Quality Assurance. You will oversee supplier quality, perform audits, and drive corrective actions to ensure material and process compliance.

In this role you will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams across engineering and manufacturing, maintain quality documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

What to Expect

Through this role, you will be engaged in ensuring supplier quality and compliance for composites and fixings used in our vehicles. You will collaborate with suppliers, conduct quality assessments, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include managing supplier quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and working closely with suppliers to address and rectify quality issues. You will also develop and maintain quality documentation and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance product quality.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, knowledge of composites and fixing components, and strong communication skills. A background in automotive or manufacturing industries is preferred.
