Location: Ashford, GB

Job Title Site Service Operative

Salary £23,809 per annum

We have a full time, permanent opportunity at our Ashford site for Site Services Operator to implement the hygiene services.

The successful candidate will:

• Partake in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning tasks.
• Help maintain the staff facilities on site (canteen, lockers and toilets)
• Carry out any other reasonable task in connection with the department to support the business needs.
• Ensure the safety of oneself and others at all times.
• Assist with the delivery of the programmed deep clean shutdowns.
• Ensure all the records are completed properly, accurately and on time.
• Work within a team to cover all factory and associated areas and cover other team members when absent.
• Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, eliminate waste, and improve business processes.
• Work with peers and support functions to move the Ashford Culture and performance forward.
