Job summary

Orange Monkey Recruitment is seeking a Site Services Engineer in Malton to maintain and improve critical site utilities including water treatment, refrigeration and infrastructure. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC, piping and related plant to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, strong electrical skills with mechanical knowledge, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including refrigeration.

• Fabrication experience.
• Refrigeration experience.
• Someone who takes ownership, spots problems early and enjoys improving how things work.

Responsibilities

• Keep site services, utilities and factory infrastructure running safely and efficiently.
• Maintain water treatment, refrigeration, HVAC, pipework and other essential plant.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Find faults quickly and fix them properly.
• Drive reliability improvements and reduce repeat breakdowns.
• Ensure statutory inspections and compliance are always up to date.
• Support a safe, clean and high-performing manufacturing site.

Shift: 4 on 4 off Days Only, 05:30am - 5:30pm

We are recruiting a Site Services Engineer for one of the world's leading food manufacturers. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the site's critical services and utilities, including water treatment, refrigeration and factory infrastructure, to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operations.
