Securitas is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead our security team on client sites in the UK. You will own daily operations, maintain high standards, and provide a responsive security service.

Responsibilities include team leadership, incident response, and continuous improvement while upholding Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. A Front Line SIA license and driving licence are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong day-to-day leadership and be a key contact for security teams and client.
• Own operational challenges, support and develop security personnel, monitor service performance.
• Ensure client receives a professional, consistent and responsive service around the clock.
• Strengthen the relationship between Securitas and the client and identify opportunities for improvement.

Previous experience in a similar role
