Job summary

Securitas UK in Luton is seeking a proactive Business Security Compliance Officer to support security and compliance across a complex, regulated environment. You will help maintain standards, advise stakeholders, and promote a culture of compliance within the site.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be eligible to obtain BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (site requirements).
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of the Site Security service support to the business in line with company and government guidance.
• Communicate security requirements clearly with all personnel.
• Deal with general sit enquiries and complaints in a professional, approachable way, providing excellent customer service.
• Cultivate and maintain knowledge of all security related company and government guidance.
• Gather and report security related data to support understanding of information.
• Manage and maintain all security records and databases.
• Demonstrate understanding of Securitas Core Values: Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness and identify risks in the workplace.
