Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Business Security Compliance Officer for our Luton site. The role focuses on delivering security and compliance in a regulated environment, ensuring policies and national requirements are followed. You’ll advise stakeholders and promote a strong culture of compliance across the site.

The successful candidate will work independently with a varied workload in a trusted security function for a major UK organisation, contributing to safer operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be eligible to obtain BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Must be computer literate and able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of the Site Security service support to the business in line with company and government guidance.
• Communicate security requirements clearly with all personnel.
• Deal with general sit enquiries and complaints, in a professional, approachable and constructive way, providing excellent customer service.
• Cultivate and maintain knowledge of all security related company and government guidance.
• Gather and report security related data to support the understanding of information.
• Manage and maintain all security records and databases.
• Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas core values, while recognizing risk and prioritising safety.
