Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking a Compliance Coordinator for the Minworth site on a full-time basis. You will maintain training records, develop a Site Safety Management Plan, and ensure regulatory compliance across health & safety and BRGCS programs.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Salary £30,000–£32,700 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Computer literate in Microsoft suite.
• Experience in a warehouse/logistics operation is advantageous.
• Interact and communicate effectively across multi-functional depots.
• IOSH qualification desirable.
• Organised and methodical approach.
• Experience in a health & safety role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and safety documentation per legislative and company requirements.
• Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP).
• Audit the SMP for compliance and update as needed.
• Coordinate training related to Health & Safety and BRGCS programs.
• Assist in incident investigations to determine root causes and actions.
• Ensure site inspections are completed on time.
• Manage safety boards, policy, certifications, and safety communications.
• Promote high standards of training, BRGGS compliance and safety.

Job Description

We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join our team at our Minworth site on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,700 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.

Key Duties of a Compliance Coordinator

• Ensure all training records and safety documentation are maintained accurately, and in line with legislative and company requirements.
• Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP), to ensure a consistent safe working environment for all company employees, contractors and site visitors.
• Regularly audit the SMP for compliance, and update accordingly to ensure the alignment of all legislative and company requirements are adhered to.
• Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of training and processes which relate to Health & Safety and Food Safety (BRGCS) programs for the site.
• Participate and assist the site management team in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure all site inspections are completed in full, and on time.
• Ensure all site safety boards and communication zones, including, but not limited to: Health & Safety Policy, Insurance Certification, Site Health & Safety minutes, Site Rules, location of First Aid are all maintained and current at all times.
• Ensure that a high standard of training, BRCGS compliance and Health & Safety is adhered within the working environment.

Qualifications
