You will work across global deployments, respond to incidents, implement friction-reducing processes, and collaborate with teams to keep Palantir’s platforms reliable in high‑pressure environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project/program management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 25–75% depending on location and team.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments across diverse, global customers and pilots.
• Be the first responder to issues, fixing problems and escalating only when needed.
• Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable teams to focus on core work.
• Think creatively, work collaboratively, and deliver results under pressure.
