Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS, math, or related fields.
• Proficient in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript or similar languages.
• Active UK Security clearance or eligibility/willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Handle operations of Palantir software, including monitoring, alerting, configuration management, and upgrades.
• Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations to latest infrastructure types.
• Debug, improve, and optimise Palantir’s services for reliability and scalability.
• Reduce manual operations and automate workflows where possible.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Develop solutions in Palantir Foundry and Apollo to solve infrastructure challenges.
