Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will guide and support a team of SREs, develop our infrastructure strategy, and champion operational excellence. You will combine technical expertise in AWS and automation with leadership skills to shape the evolution of our systems and services. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing technical team of SREs.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies using AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Fargate, IAM, VPC, etc.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management, utilizing tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Apply SRE and DevOps principles, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and GitOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership and management experience in technical teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform preferred).
• Strong understanding of SRE and DevOps principles, including CI/CD, IaC, and GitOps.
