What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing, creating, and delivering technical infrastructure code or services to improve the performance of customer-facing applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Taking responsibility for the stability and security of the system.
• Communicating work status regularly to superiors.
• Contributing to standards upgrades for large-scale distributed systems.
• Planning and demand forecasting, system tuning, and software performance analysis.
• Defining best practices for the timely delivery of projects.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Moderate experience with virtualization technologies like VMWare, OpenStack, or Xen.
• Basic knowledge of Containerisation.
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OPC.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Cassandra, Apache Spark, HDFS.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Nagios, Icinga.
• Experience with logging tools such as Splunk or ELK stack.
• Handling configuration management with Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Concourse, GoCD, or GitLab.
• Entry-level knowledge of Networking, Load Balancing, Routing, and Switching.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, or Java.
• Basic knowledge of databases.
• Prior experience in system administration tasks such as patching and upgrading.
