Job summary

ProARecruitment is seeking a senior Quality Lead - Manufacturing for a Wiltshire site. You will own the QMS and drive quality excellence from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance and strong customer/supplier interfaces.

This hands-on leadership role requires leading audits, managing supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing stack with KPI leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level education or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a Quality Management role.
• Fully conversant with ISO 9001; working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 desirable.
• Hands-on leader with supplier and customer interface experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the QMS and drive compliance to ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead internal and third‑party audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage supplier performance and FATs with customer reps.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and process control from materials to finished goods.
• Lead continuous improvement and KPI initiatives; reduce defects and COQE.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects, Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
