The Collective Network group is seeking a Site Quality Manager to own quality across a high-volume food manufacturing site. You will be on the floor, being seen, and serving as the go-to person before problems arise.

You will lead the quality team, ensure audit readiness for BRCGS and retailer standards, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement through data and cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Engineering, Hygiene and NPD.

Formación

• Experience managing quality on a high-volume food site.
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS and retailer standards.
• Ability to influence across shop floor to senior leadership.
• Level 4 HACCP or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site's quality team and culture so quality is a site-wide responsibility.
• Maintain audit readiness for BRCGS, customer audits and retailer visits.
• Handle complaints with root cause analysis and CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, Hygiene and NPD as an equal partner.
• Use data to spot trends early and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop your team and provide clear progression pathways.
