Job summary
Ion Beam Services (IBS) UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System at the Bathgate site and subsequently at the Eurocentral/Motherwell area. You will report to the Group QSE Director and ensure ISO 9001 compliance across the site.
The role focuses on deploying and maintaining the QMS, driving continuous improvement, audits, CAPA, and health and safety programs, with occasional travel to UK suppliers and the France site.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial Quality.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 and the process-based approach.
- Experience with audits, NC/CAPA, and continuous improvement.
- Solid experience in Health and Safety.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and group standards.
- Lead internal, customer, and certification audits and manage NC/CAPA actions.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and support process owners in improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance at the Scottish site and beyond.
