Job summary

Recycling Lives Services is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to own the quality function across its three sites and Head Office. The role is hands-on, multi-site and involves managing audits, embedding ISO 9001 processes, and driving improvements with operations.

You will travel between sites, champion a culture of quality, and work with teams to implement practical, measurable improvements that enhance safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Management, ideally across multiple sites and in a manufacturing/recycling environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems, with certification/audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Quality across the business, guiding operations to meet standards.
• Lead and manage internal audits and support external audits to maintain accreditation.
• Develop process maps with operational teams to remove inefficiencies and improve flow.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or CAPA methodologies.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement robust corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide quality training and build quality capability across sites.
