Qualifikationen

• Experience inspecting property works across kitchens, bathrooms, windows and externals.
• Knowledge of site inspection methods and ability to identify defects or incomplete work.
• Ability to read and work from project specifications and work schedules.
• Clear written skills for producing inspection notes and site reports.
• Confidence raising quality concerns and following actions through to completion.
• Ability to organise site visits and maintain accurate inspection records.
