Job summary

As a Clerk Of Works, you will oversee property works across Yorkshire, ensuring activity is completed to the required standard and on schedule. You will monitor site progress and report clear, practical updates to help keep projects on track.

You will inspect kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and externals, review workmanship and materials, and raise concerns where work does not meet requirements. You will attend site visits and maintain accurate records of inspections, actions and follow-up

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting property works and assessing the quality of workmanship across kitchens, bathrooms, windows and externals.
• Knowledge of site inspection methods and the ability to identify defects or incomplete work.
• Ability to read and work from project specifications and work schedules.
• Clear written skills for producing inspection notes and site reports.
• Confidence raising quality concerns and following actions through to completion.
• Ability to organise site visits and maintain accurate inspection records.

Job Offer

• Temporary Clerk Of Works contract based on stock from Bradford to North Yorkshire
• Good hourly/day rate available
• Milage paid from home
• 2 contracts available - 8 weeks and 3 months
