Job summary

Technip Energies in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Site QA Lead to join the Net Zero Teesside Power project and drive quality assurance across the site. You will develop, implement, and maintain QA processes to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on all deliverables.

The role requires coordinating audits, managing subcontractor QA, and liaising with client representatives to drive continuous improvement and right-first-time delivery on a major low-carbon energy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or extensive quality assurance experience in energy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of PED/PSSR, ASME, ASTM, EEMUA, CE/UKCA Marking and ATEX.
  • Proven experience on large EPC projects, preferably power or low-carbon energy.
  • Proficiency with QA tools and non-conformance reporting; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

  • Promote quality management principles and provide guidance to the project team.
  • Develop and implement QA plans, procedures, and standards aligned with project needs.
  • Manage site audits, subcontractor surveillance, and certification processes.
  • Lead investigations of quality related failures and drive root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to embed quality.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
