Equans is seeking a Site Project Manager to oversee major renewable EPC projects across the UK, including solar PV farms and BESS facilities. The role is based in Leeds, with site work Monday to Friday and travel as required; a company vehicle is provided.

You will lead delivery to contract specs, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate the supply chain, and build strong relationships with clients and teams while promoting health and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility-scale ground mounted solar PV or BESS facilities.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes.
• Exposure to Health & Safety, budget and programme responsibility.
• HNC level qualification; relevant industry training (SMSTS, CDM, IOSH).
• Excellent communication skills with clients, supply chain and employees.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem solving and multi-tasking.
• Willing to travel; full driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Ensure work is carried out to contract specifications regarding quality, time, cost; documented per procedures.
• Plan resources to maximise utilisation and minimise costs.
• Ensure staff work safely per Health & Safety Policy and site risk assessments.
• Deliver robust, high-quality services through management of operational teams.
• Implement corporate strategies focusing on profitability, overhead minimisation, and cash flow.
• Manage contractual performance, budgets, KPIs, and output specifications.
• Effectively manage supply chain to the project.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to maintain high standards.
