Job summary

Bellway is recruiting a Site Manager to join the Manchester Division, overseeing a development in Oldham. You will drive safe, efficient construction, manage site teams, and ensure the build programme is achieved to high quality standards.

You will lead health and safety procedures, coordinate resources, and maintain NHBC and Building Regulations compliance across plots, while liaising with internal departments and customers.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English - Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level (or equivalent).
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Construction Management - HNC/HND/NVQ level 4-6 is desirable.
• Scaffold Appreciation certificate is desirable.
• LOLER certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the development and guide the site team to targets.
• Implement health and safety procedures with Bellway Health and Safety Managers.
• Coordinate labour and resources to deliver the build programme on larger developments.
• Ensure NHBC standards and Building Regulations compliance on all plots.
