Job summary

Mars is seeking a Site Project Engineer to lead capital projects from concept through commissioning at our Melton Mowbray site. You will drive safe, secure, and environmentally responsible designs and installations across multiple disciplines.

You will rally cross-functional teams, balance multiple priorities, and foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, open communication, and delivery of milestones to keep our high-speed manufacturing sites at the cutting edge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in fast-paced industries such as food, beverage, pharma or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Foundational understanding of core engineering principles across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Safe & Sustainable Delivery: Lead and manage capital projects from concept to commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit milestones and deliver safe, compliant installations.
