Job summary

Yeo Valley Group is seeking a Site Technical Manager at our Cannington site to drive food safety, quality, and technical leadership across the operation. You will partner with production and engineering to optimise performance while delivering the company-wide Food Safety and Quality Strategy.

You will lead with external audits, maintain compliance with customer and regulatory standards, and ensure that all products dispatched meet the required safety and quality criteria.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
• IT literacy and proficiency with common office software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive a continuous improvement culture in food safety and quality across the site.
• Lead strategic technical development planning for the site and contribute to company-wide Food Safety and Quality strategy.
• Partner with production and engineering to optimise site operations and efficiency.
• Lead external audits and liaise with customers’ technical teams to ensure compliance.
• Ensure all dispatched products meet customer and legal standards.
