We are recruiting an experienced Site Operative for our South West Region, based at our Chippenham Development in Wiltshire. Your key responsibilities will include assisting trades on-site with general labour duties, monitoring stock levels, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring safety standards are met, including welfare and compound facilities. You will also report any issues to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager.

Main Duties

• Monitoring stock levels and notifying the Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager when supplies are low.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the site, including welfare and compound facilities.
• Possibly acting as a first aider on-site.
• Supporting health & safety measures, such as pedestrian routes, perimeter fencing, fall protection, and site shutdown procedures.
• Attending necessary meetings related to your duties.
