Are you a Site Operative looking for your next role? Then we may have the perfect role for you based at our offices in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

As our Site Operative, you will be working in a multi-disciplined environment, supporting on the site waste operational activities, general maintenance of the site, wheel wash, and haul road. The site is easily accessible from Daventry, Southam, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Coventry, Meriden, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Leicester, Enderby, Oadby, Market Harborough, and the surrounding areas.

Main responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Site Supervisor, the successful Site Operative will carry out daily operational tasks, including operating tracked loading shovels, managing the tip face and cover needs, inbound deliveries, site safety, operating excavators, managing the wheel wash, and housekeeping to improve site effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience operating mobile plant, preferably in landfill or waste facilities. Certifications in NVQ / EPIC / CITB, a strong focus on Health & Safety, and attention to detail are advantageous.
