Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a Site Operative to join the Didcot-based team in the South West region. You will support on-site trades with general labouring duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and stock control.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, maintaining welfare facilities, assisting with health and safety measures, and participating in meetings as required. The role offers opportunities to contribute to a busy construction site while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a previous role as a Site Operative on a busy construction site.

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on stock levels and inform Site Manager when stock is low.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the site, including welfare and compound facilities.
• Possibly act as first aider on site.
• Assist with health & safety measures (pedestrian routes, perimeter fencing, fall protection, shutdown procedures).
• Attend meetings as required and uphold company policies.
• Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required.

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Operative to join our South West Region, to be site based at Didcot, OX11 9BF. Working as a Site Operative, you can play a crucial role in ensuring we always meet those exacting standards, assisting the various trades on-site with general labouring duties to the very best of your ability.

This role will be diverse, ranging from monitoring stock levels to maintaining satisfactory standards of cleanliness throughout the site, including welfare and compound facilities, making the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager aware of any issues or concerns.

Main Duties

• Keeping an eye on stock levels and to make the Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager aware of the stock levels when low.
• To maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness throughout the site, including welfare and compound facilities.
• There may be a requirement to take on the role of a first aider onsite.
• Aid with any health & safety measures in order to comply with standards, such as; pedestrian routes and access, securing perimeter fencing, installing fall protection systems and site shut down procedures.
• Attend meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.
• Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
• Ensuring all health and Safety aspects of Covid-19.

Essential Skills / Attributes
