Job summary

Viper is seeking a proactive Working Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site in the Thames Water region. You will manage teams, ensure safety standards, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role involves supervising mains renewals and emergency projects with weekend overtime. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, a valid driving licence, strong English communication, and a solid understanding of health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver quality service.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
