Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure smooth operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 36.25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check deliveries and store them promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and create a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Be a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as required.
• Produce weekly rotas following management guidelines.
• Place stock orders to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegate tasks and ensure the team remains proactive.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
