Job summary

Specialist UK Restorations Limited. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site and office-based operations across UK projects. You will manage resources, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely, within-budget contract delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role reports to Commercial Manager and requires travel to project sites, a strong leadership style, and a proactive approach to problem solving on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or in a supervisory role delivering construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Good communication with clients, subcontractors and staff.
• Commitment to health and safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage site resources, employees and subcontractors, schedule work and conduct inspections.
• Ensure adherence to SUKR policies and procedures.
• Design and manage programs of works, set dates and allocate resources.
• Support operatives in resolving day-to-day on-site issues and upskill staff.
• Monitor productivity, timekeeping and attendance to improve performance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor performance, safety and quality; implement controls.
• Maintain photographic records and audit trails; assist with safety plans and risk assessments.
• Prepare progress reports for Commercial Manager and discuss client requirements.
