Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director, Operations Site Leader for the Marston, UK Wolverhampton site. You will provide overall leadership for a 550+ workforce, setting the strategy to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity targets within a highly regulated aerospace environment.

You will drive transformation, collaborate across Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance, and travel up to 10% as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large and complex manufacturing or operations organisation.
• Experience delivering measurable results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.
• Experience developing and executing manufacturing or operational strategies.
• Experience leading significant operational transformation, continuous improvement, and/or production growth initiatives.
• Ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes.
• Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational direction for the Wolverhampton site, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Establish and execute site operating strategy, rhythm, and policies to meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee production operations, including shop floor execution, workforce planning, scheduling, and disruption management.
• Drive operational excellence through cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
• Lead the site's transformation agenda to improve throughput, capacity, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Represent site operations in strategic reviews, customer engagements, and leadership forums.
