A leading company is looking for a Site Operations Coordinator in London to drive e-commerce site success through planning, content management, and optimization. You will work closely with teams to enhance user experience and meet sales targets, using data analysis and A/B testing to improve site performance.
Job Description
As the Site Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, briefing, and co-ordinating content updates for COS E-Commerce websites to achieve a relevant customer journey, optimising user experience and maximising sales while adhering to COS standards for quality at all times. In this role, you will work together with the site operation team and be responsible for site stability, incident management, and reporting to optimise site speed.
