Job summary

Stroud District Council is seeking a proactive Site Officer for 6 months to manage Independent Living sites across the Stroud District, ensuring safety and cleanliness of communal areas. You will monitor health & safety, coordinate basic grounds work, and liaise with contractors and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of Independent Living sites and communal areas.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and routine cleaning duties.
• Coordinate light grounds maintenance and repairs with contractors.
• Keep sites clean, safe and presentable for internal and external events.
• Liaise with partner agencies and visitors, documenting issues as needed.
