Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Site Team and take charge of the daily security, safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of our school grounds. This role is advertised as a full-time position however we would be happy to discuss hours and a part-time role is a possibility.

Key duties will include securing and unlocking school buildings, handling portering tasks, maintaining the grounds, managing site upkeep, and overseeing school lettings.

This role requires a good level of physical fitness, as it involves tasks such as lifting heavy objects and spending time on your feet while moving around the school site and grounds.

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Strong DIY skills are essential, and previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, though not a requirement.
