Alder Brook is seeking a hardworking, reliable site maintenance assistant to keep our school buildings secure, functional and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors in Salford. You will maintain facilities, conduct routine inspections, oversee contractors and support events and activities.

The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring that our school site and facilities are well maintained, secure and fit for purpose, helping to support the learning and development of our young people., The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure the security of the school buildings and grounds.
  • Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and site inspections.
  • Manage contractors and oversee site-related works.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of the school site.
