Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a Site Manager to join a successful primary school. The candidate will ensure the site is clean, safe and welcoming with high standards for health and safety. The role requires experience in similar settings and the ability to manage contractors on site.

The post is for 37 hours per week, year-round, with a salary scale of £26,403–£28,142 pro-rata and the potential for professional development within a supportive team.

SITE MANAGER

Salary Grade 5 Points 7-11 (£26,403 - £28,142 pro-rata)

37 hours per week

(All year round)

We wish to appoint a Site Manager, to join this successful primary school. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, committed professional, who ideally has had experience working in a similar role, preferably in a school.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school that is committed to achievement for all its pupils and ongoing professional development for staff.

We are looking for a candidate who will take pride in keeping our site clean, tidy, safe and welcoming. As Site Manager you will have exceptionally high standards for health and safety and beconfidentwith:

Key Responsibilities
  • Writing and reviewing policies and risk assessments
  • Carrying out and recording regular compliance checks
  • Managing and monitoring contractors on site.

Working Hours

37 hours per week

Morning hours
  • Monday – Friday – 5.00am – 9am
Afternoon hours
  • Monday – Thursday 2.45pm – 6:15pm
  • Friday 3.15pm – 6:15pm
