About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in the execution of complex construction and utility projects. You’ll be responsible for managing site operations to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards,on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

You will be overseeingday-to-day site operations and supervise the onsite teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out in line with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

You will manage site logistics, scheduling and resource coordination, whilst also conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings. This is a key role, acting as interface withproject managers, engineers and stakeholders to report progress and resolve issues

The monitoring of budgets, productivity and timelines we be the keyto ensure successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Your background will demonstrate strong experience as a Site Manager in the utilities, construction, or engineering sectors, with a provenability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environments.

You will have a sound knowledge of UK construction regulations, standards and best practices, coupled with excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This role requires flexibility therefore, you will be comfortable working nationwide with the ability to travel and stay away from home when required.
