Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail seeks a Site Manager for North London, supporting Thames Water trunk main replacement works using Butt and Electro Fusion techniques. You will be based from site offices and handle RAMs, WPPs, Task Briefs, and contractor oversight.

Ideal candidates hold SMSTS, EUSR, First Aid and CSCS, plus water mains experience with main contractors. A long-term, Outside IR35 contract with a van is offered.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, EUSR, First Aid and CSCS are required; other industry certs are an advantage.
• Water experience (ideally mains replacements) gained with main contractors.

Responsibilities

• Preparing site paperwork (WPPs, Task Briefs and RAMs).
• Overseeing contractors on site and monitoring health & safety.
• Reporting and attending meetings with line managers and stakeholders.

SITE MANAGER-WATER-NORTH LONDON-OUTSIDE IR35

Due to an increase in workload within their Thames Water framework, our client, a top Utilities Contractor in the UK are looking for a Site Manager to support these works that are major Trunk Main Replacements in North London using Butt and Electro Fusion techniques.

Based from their site offices, daily duties will include preparing site paperwork (WPPs, Task Briefs and RAMs), Overseeing Contractors on site, Health & Safety, Reporting and attending meetings with Line Managers and Stakeholders.

To be considered you will have SMSTS, EUSR, First Aid and CSCS with other industry certs an advantage.

In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with a Van also. This is also a long term contract as it is part of a 6 year framework with plenty of opportunity in the pipeline.
