Job summary

Our client, a top Utilities Contractor in the UK, is seeking a Site Manager for North London water works within a Thames Water framework. The role is Outside IR35 with a van provided and a long-term contract on a six-year framework.

Based from site offices, you will prepare WPPs, Task Briefs and RAMs, supervise contractors, monitor safety, and produce regular reports for line managers and stakeholders. Essential: SMSTS, EUSR, First Aid and CSCS, with water mains replacement experience preferred.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, EUSR, First Aid and CSCS certifications; other industry certs advantageous.
• Water experience, ideally mains replacements, with main contractors.

Responsibilities

• Preparing site paperwork (WPPs, Task Briefs and RAMs).
• Overseeing Contractors on site.
• Health & Safety compliance on site.
• Reporting to Line Managers and Stakeholders; attending meetings.
