Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a mains rehabilitation project in Kentish Town. You will manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness on site.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with proven experience in utility or mains rehabilitation works, including Butt and Electro Fusion. It offers long-term work with a strong day rate outside IR35.

Job description

One of my top clients are looking for a Site Manager to work on a mains rehabilitation scheme in Kentish Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Duties will include managing subcontractors and site teams, coordinating daily activities, monitoring progress, completing site documentation and ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures. Experience working on water/utilities or mains rehabilitation schemes is highly desirable, along with strong knowledge of site management and civil engineering practices. Previous experience in Butt and Electro Fusion is essential.

Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with previous experience managing utility, water or mains rehabilitation works.
