Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead delivery of civil water infrastructure projects across South Wales, South West England and the M4 Corridor. You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, coordinating safety, quality and productivity on site and reporting to the project leadership.

The role requires SMSTS and First Aid at Work, strong organisational and leadership skills, and a track record of managing subcontractors and materials to schedule.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification and First Aid at Work are essential.
• Experience managing civil, water infrastructure or environmental projects.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations on water infrastructure and environmental projects.
• Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
• Plan and monitor project programmes and schedules.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with legislation and procedures.
• Complete site administration and reporting.
• Procure and manage materials.
• Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
