Job summary

Involve Recruitment is assisting a leading civil engineering contractor to appoint two Site Agents for a major clean water and wastewater programme across South Wales. As Site Agent, you will oversee safe, on-time project delivery from inception to completion, working closely with Project Managers, commercial teams and designers to meet programme, budget and quality targets.

Qualifications

Must have proven Site Agent experience in civil engineering.
Strong understanding of project delivery, health & safety, and commercial controls.
Experience delivering water infrastructure projects is advantageous.
Able to manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships effectively.
Relevant industry qualifications (HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects from inception through to completion on time and to budget.
Work with Project Managers, commercial teams, designers and staff to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
Manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain safety, quality and environmental standards on site.
