The Kingsway School is seeking a Site Manager to ensure the safe, efficient and effective day-to-day running of the facilities and estates service, with a strong focus on health and safety across both school sites. This permanent, full-time role supports a high standards environment and a proactive maintenance culture.

Salary is Grade SO1 (£34,434 - £36,363). Closing date is Friday 11 September 2026, with interviews potentially held early for strong applicants.

About the Role:

It is an exciting time to join TKS. Over the last three years, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that TKS is a special place for our students. Our campus based Key Stage offer has brought about a significant shift in our school’s culture and reputation and we are delighted that our most recent Ofsted visit in February 2026 recognised the huge advancements the school has made. Our children are happy here, our staff are proud to work here and our parents would recommend the school.

The opportunity has arisen for a person with relevant skills and experience to join us as our new Site Manager. The key purpose of the role is to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective day to day running of the facilities & estates service and health & safety across the school sites.
