Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Aldermaston is seeking an experienced CIS Site Manager for an immediate start on a major construction project. You must have full AWE vetting, hold a CSCS Black or Gold Card and SMSTS, and have prior experience with Balfour Beatty or a similar principal contractor.

The role focuses on managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring health and safety, quality, and schedule adherence on joinery or washroom installation works.

Qualifications

• Full AWE vetting - essential.
• Experience with Balfour Beatty or a major main contractor.
• Background in joinery, washroom installation or associated fit-out works.
• Available for an immediate start under CIS contract.

Immediate opportunity for an experienced CIS Site Manager to join a major construction project in Aldermaston.
You must have full AWE vetting already in place, hold a valid CSCS Black or Gold Card and SMSTS, and have previous experience working with or for Balfour Beatty or another principal contractor.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, labour and site activities.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and programme delivery.
• Oversee joinery or washroom installation works.
• Coordinate with the principal contractor and wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.

The Person

• Valid CSCS Black or Gold Card and SMSTS.
• Full, current AWE vetting - essential.
• Previous experience working with or for Balfour Beatty or a major main contractor.
• Background in joinery, washroom installation or associated fit-out works.
• Available for an immediate start and able to work on a CIS basis.

This role requires existing AWE vetting. Candidates unable to meet this requirement cannot be considered.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
