Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Site Manager for a permanent roofing contract in the Midlands. You will oversee pitched, tiled and flat roofing works on occupied social housing, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with the TLO to plan the programme across Wolverhampton to Northampton.

Applicants should be fully computer literate and hold a CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates; prior experience on occupied social housing sites is a distinct advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience managing roofing contracts in social housing is advantageous.
• Full compliance with site health & safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage a roofing contract including pitched, tiled and flat roofing.
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors on occupied properties.
• Liaise with the TLO to schedule works across the Midlands region (Wolverhampton to Northampton).
