Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade background and site management experience in social housing refurbishment.
• Experience as Trade/Foreman/Supervisor/Assistant Site Manager in housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance on live sites.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen and bathroom installation projects within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and trades to meet programmes and budgets.
• Maintain HSE standards and quality compliance across all works.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings.
• Manage resources, materials and documentation (RAMS, diaries, reports).
• Identify and resolve site issues to safeguard programme continuity.
