Job summary

The role requires driving licence, proven site management experience, strong leadership, and commercial awareness. You will monitor resources including subcontractors, maintain records, and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site and ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to required quality.
• Implement and manage health and safety procedures including weekly audits, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Control and monitor resources including sub-contractors to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.
• Maintain comprehensive site records including reports, daily diaries, progress photographs and health and safety documentation.
• Support team development through guidance, training and performance reviews.
