Job summary

The role requires proven site management experience, strong leadership, and commercial awareness. A full driving licence and UK passport are required, with security considerations for this Defence portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in site management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience implementing health and safety procedures, audits, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills; able to supervise subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site and ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality.
• Implement and manage health and safety procedures including audits, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Control and monitor resources including subcontractors to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.
• Maintain comprehensive site records: reports, daily diaries, progress photographs and safety documentation.
• Support team development through guidance, training and performance reviews.
