Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead retrofit and planned refurbishment projects across social housing on sites in Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe and surrounding areas.

You will manage multiple live sites, site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality. The role requires SMSTS or NVQ, First Aid, a valid UK driving licence and strong H&S acumen.

Competenze

• Experience in planned refurbishment, ideally within social housing
• Retrofit experience/knowledge
• Experience managing multiple sites and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of H&S, programmes and budgets
• Excellent communication skills
• SMSTS (or NVQ) and 3-day First Aid
• Full UK driving licence
• Good IT/MS Office skills
• Ability to pass a DBS check
