Job summary

We Are Zenith are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary ongoing project in Hexham. You will oversee the conversion of a former restaurant into residential flats, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, maintaining documentation, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to keep the project on programme and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager on refurbishment, conversion, or residential construction projects.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and leadership abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme deadlines.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and within budget.
