Energy Jobline CVL in Inverness is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of Smart Home and Renewable Energy projects across Scotland. The role focuses on safety, programme, budget and quality.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with management, and support installations like Solar PV and heat pumps, ensuring compliance with HSE, RAMS and PAS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy construction, retrofit or residential installation is desirable.
• Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures.

Responsabilités

• Managing site operations, subcontractors and installation teams.
• Providing leadership and ensuring high workmanship and customer service.
• Coordinating with senior management, procurement and supply chain teams.
