We have an exciting opportunity for a career-minded Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join their team on a multi-million-pound commercial project in Central London.
Responsibilities and Desired Attributes:
- Plan and manage all subcontractor activities while leading the site team.
- Proven track record in delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain quality and safety control procedures.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and understand the impact of decisions on the project.
- Experience delivering commercial, new build, refurbishment, and residential projects.
- Stable work history.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Health and Safety regulations.
